NEW SCAM BEWARE!

So, just about anyone who has an unsecured email account has prolly gotten the 'Nigerian Prince/Lottery/Dead Relative' email claiming to your 'rights' to recieve massive amounts of money. But this one is quite new.
If you have ever gotten a payday advance be carefull, i myself have never done this due to the retardedly high interest (over 100%) but if you have gotten one in the past you may get a call from a guy claiming that they are taking you to court due to non payment, and jail time, this happened to a friend and he recorded the whole conversation, these dudes will site laws pertaining to debt collection, they will give you information about you only an official loan type person would have and sound pretty convincing.
I know all of us work hard for our money, so dont be taken in by these scamming bastards!
Just a heads up.

I've read reports on such scams in recent years and sadly they are on the rise. Don't ever give out personal information to anyone who calls you claiming you owe them money, or you have a check in your name that they need more info from you to send it to you. If it sounds too good to be true it always is. There are scumbags out there and they will take advantage of you if you let them so don't, use common sense and good judgement. Also with emails, there are certain worms/trojans that by just opening the email and not even downloading the attachment you can get your computer infected and they can steal passwords and info about you without you knowing. So if you recieve an email from someone or someplace you don't know, delete it. Don't risk your personal information.
