Ok Guys and gals,

Is it me or is online gaming sucking since the update. There has been so much lag and connection isssues its driving me crazy. What the heck.. Anyone eles kinda feeling the same way??

Well it fixed it HUGELY for gamers in Australia/NZ [YAY!] as it sucked before, now I always get put in local game servers and not ones straining my connection from over seas..

It has been lagging for me lately as well, i have had to restart my 360 numerous times since that update. It is very annoying when you are doing good and it freezes bc of lag.

I haven't really noticed a difference since the april 6th dash update. Lag would only be affect by a netcode change / update specific to the game you are playing.

So far I have loved the update given that I was able to move around 10 gigs of dlc to my flash drive, enabling me to install 2 games at a time to my wimpy 20 gig hard drive.

yeah i noticed it on common dashboard functions.. trying to do parties, leaving parties and trying to join parties it would lag out, and would say "leaving party" and i couldnt join new parties .... ANNOYING as that has never happened to me before :S

i myself am xbox all the way...
i dont have any problems with the PS3.. i am just angered a little because of the free online play, and built in blue ray player, so all my friends got PS3's so i cant play with them... jerks.... otherwise the ps3 is cool... i just dont want one cuz you cant play halo on it :p

yea, go to the RROD forum and youll see just how superior the Xbox aint. lol. If you are just talking personal preference then cool, but if you are implying that xbox is better than PS3 then you sir are mistaken. And yes, xbox has Halo exclusively, that is the only redeeming quality, well i do like the xbox controller better, but i have a contraption that allows me to use my xbox controller w/ my PS3, so PS3= winner, xbox=loser. later, SBD. Oh yea, as my XS says, its party chat is cool as well. Actaully i love my xbox as much as my PS3, so I just wasted alot of time debating this. not as much really, but close.

lets just agree that people have their preferences....
and not start a debate about xbox > ps3 or ps3 > xbox
it is what it is, and there will never be enough time in our lifes to find the true answer

I have noticed the party sign out stuff alot. thought it was just my bioshock II glitching again. Hope they figure it out cuz it is annoying the heck out of me.
