If I'm not working on the operations, then generally my line up will consist of Sleight of Hand, Dead Silence, Amplify, and Fully Loaded. And then there are perks I'll use or won't use depending on gametype and whether it's core or hardcore.

Honestly it should depend on game type. For example using amplify on search and destroy with dead silence as well is one of the best combos ive ever used for the game type. Generally if im trying to run and gun or be as fast as possible to get a huge headstart in domination I go with the marathon agility combo and use a trophy system for the B flag to get that quick capture at the beginning. Quickdraw is a good perk for snipers if they plan on mid range close range quick scopes. It really just depends. The best players are the most flexible. The more flexible you are the more ready you are in any situation. Thats why its always important to sit in a lobby and figure out what your next gametype is and what role you want to play.

Run and gun class

1: Sub machine gun ( not peacekeeper ) - fast mag and fmj
2: secondary rocket launcher for support.
3: perks i use are Ghost, cold blooded and engineer.
sometimes i add perk 3 option or perk 2 and add scavenger or dead silence :)
