when i first started designing i was just putting text on images and some minor stuff in the google+ editor. it was tiny stuff, but it did help me learn the terminology.

then i got the photoshop trial and started making a little bit better work by just tinkering with things. (this includes the photoshop app for the Ipad)

after that i started to go to school for art, but mostly only learned what i had already learned on my own.

during that time i've watched a few youtube channel tutorials when i wanted to do something with my art but couldnt figure out how. but in the end it's mostly just been the practice and help from others that helpped me the most.

So it's funny but this link I'm putting up was actually one of the tuts I used to learn how to make signatures, it's a very well made tut and it's pretty descriptive in what to use and a lil bit of the terminology.

This is another tut I used, this is one is ok it's pretty simple but pretty much teaches you the basics as far as how to make a sig.

To be honest bro after you really learn the fundamentals it's all about trying new stuff and looking into new styles yourself as far as animation, using c4d's, and other backgrounds. It's just about what you want to learn because we don't know how to make everything we're always trying to learn new things to better our art, thats the best advice I can give you. @Raik my bad bro I know this isn't my forum but just trying to help out my boy sm0ke.

being normal is for the the people that arent crazy enough to stand out on their own.

So I was asked about my "moving sig" today. The question was wether or not I made it, which I did, but I wanted to talk about moving sigs while I had the chance. A moving sig is a Gif. A Gif (originally pronounced jif, now also pronounced Gif) is an animated artwork. You can either make a gif yourself layer by layer, or use video footage to create a base and go from there.
