11. When was your departure from Xiled Gaming (month/year)? January 2017
12. Why are you no longer apart of the community? I have epilepsy and I had my first seizure in a couple of years, my seizures are caused by a lack of sleep. I used to game late to play with my clan members due to the time difference as I'm in the UK. This I can no longer do as late gaming engages my brain and stops me from sleeping, I now game earlier during the week as to have plenty of time to relax afterwards and sleep early enough. With this I made a rash decision that I needed to leave XGC as I could no longer maintain my leadership role, and would not be gaming with my members as much.
I made my own community intended for UK members who I could play with at my time zone. Three members who I recruited into XGC from the UK asked to join me when I told them I was leaving and my plans going forward. I did not ask them to leave, they requested to join me as they didn't understand or like the clan structure. I apologise if it came across I poached them but that was not the case. I never approached any member of XGC to join me, I simply felt I owed it to people I recruited to tell them I was leaving and why.
This did not work out and was shut down not long after it started. I joined another community after this but it was not the same and I left pretty quickly.
I've spoken to my old General and cleared the air. I wish I had stepped down to a Sergeant and gamed with my clan members at the weekends, when I can be on later and catch them in the day. This is very much what I would like to do now.
Thanks for taking the time to review my application.
