Just around this time last week, it was revealed that October's first Games for Gold title would be the XBLA puzzle-match game, Might and Magic: Clash of Heroes. The announcement informed us that the title will be available for free to Gold members from October 1st - October 15th.
Of course, this left the obvious question: What would the second October entry be? For those of you following Games for Gold since its reveal at E3 this year, you'll be unsurprised to learn that the free title for Gold members come October 16th is Halo 3.
Now, look, we know that the comments will be rife with people discussing how everyone already owns this game (it IS the most tracked game on TA), but let's try to think positively: At least now *anything* could be a possibility, right? Right?
Also, keep in mind for the roughly 25% of you who haven't played Halo 3 and may not be aware, that, for completion, you'll need to acquire the game's multiple DLC packs, or you can pick up a copy of Halo 3: ODST and utilize its Multiplayer disc.
Finally, let this serve as a final reminder that today is the last day to download Rainbow Six Vegas if you have not yet done so.
