Im new to smudging

and turn the strength up a bit..

Mess with scattering, find some splatter brushes, size em down, and make spacing like zero, then basically push em together and change scatter settings and random rotation untill you get a nice water-colour-esque feel as you smudge.

use more fx other than smudging, your smudging is decent, but just smudging is hard unless your pro, which ive only seen a few people ever who can make something sick out of only smudge. if you like smudging, instead of using a stock, just paint in a color then smudge it around and repeat until you get something that looks nice. work on your coloring, i mean they dont suck but it needs some maps and levels.
