CLAN STRUCTURE
1 General per clan (40 members)
1 Captain per squad (10 members)
1 Lieutenant per Captain
All recruits must be voted by the leaders of their squad after the seven day trial period.
All recruits must be read the Honor Code before they can become a part of the clan.
Promotions are given out by the next level of rank. Captains choose their Lieutenants, Generals choose Captains.
No one gets promoted without their replacement being trained and ready to go.
All promotions from Section Leader and up will be talked about and voted on at the Sunday night meetings.
Clans split at a minimum of 40 members.
Clans must have the complete clan structure in place. (See above)
One General, one Captain, one Lieutenant and their group of people leave to start the new clan. (10 or so members) Remember, this is a guideline.
The Section Leader must put in a request in the Request New, Update or Delete Clan forum in the Help Desk in order to have the new clan created and the proper permissions be given.
RUNNING OF THE SQUADS
Generals run their squads! They decide:
People can play with anyone they want, but can’t be in another clan on any tag.
Anyone caught t-bagging or cheating will be kicked out of the clan immediately.
Other infractions will be dealt with warnings first and possibly movement to other areas of XGC, KoG or SYN.
SECTION LEADER RESPONSIBILITIES
Section Leaders DON'T run squads; that is the General's job!

- Making sure the Rank Structure and Honor Code are being followed
- Communicating with their Generals
- Finding future Section Leaders
- Making sure Generals are keeping their clan list up to date
Section Leaders DON'T run squads; that is the General's job!
DIVISION LEADER RESPONSIBILITIES
- Communicating information to the Section Leaders
- Handling questions and issues for all of their division (KoG, SYN, XGC, XGG, etc...)
