This used to happen back in the CoD 4 days too. I've experienced it with every CoD game.

I play ops with a guy on the PS3 and he has that same problem.

Funny thing though, when I play it on the PS3 it always puts me in a room with people from the same country I'm in. I always do better there than on the 360, such a debacle and really mind baffling.
