During that time I felt like the "18+" part of our community had eroded, or had diminished in an emerging XBOX One division of our community. During the time BF4 dropped for X1 and our community was in the process of seeing who was moving from one console to another. We had 90k+ members at the time and weeding through all that was tough, from what I remember.

I had seen instances where things could've been handled much more maturely, and where we weren't acting like gossiping school children. I was a voice who spoke towards "We're adults. We are a MATURE gaming community. We're more than capable in how we handle jokes, mature themes, and dialogue so lets act like it."

A key moment was when I was General of XGC Helljumpers. We had a member, XGC Dolphin, who had a bit of a *** lover's spat with another member. Prior to the other member getting with a female and knocking her up, he and Dolphin were sexting each other. Months later, Dolphin and him broke it off and, I want to say his name was XGC Blake or something along those lines, Blake met a chick and they dated. He got her pregnant, which they were happy. Dolphin wasnt happy. Dolphin went as far as harrasing Blake and his gf with all the messages they had, or claimed to still be having. Blake disappeared, and Dolphin leaps the chain of command claiming I was never around to do things, which was proven to be a flat out lie. Dolphin wanted to be a Captain, prior to the **** storm, and I told him no. The aforementioned **** storm was what he did to get it. He was transferred, still had Lt, waited two weeks, and when he was told no again, he left and took 7several members with him. A few months later I stepped down to Sgt and went to XGC Ignition since I bought an Xbox 1.

Within XGC IRAQVET XS's division, it felt like high school. I joined up during our MW2 and Halo 3 days so I already had a firm idea on how we conducted ourselves. I didn't transfer to a Xbox 1 division to relive highschool drama. So I bowed out. When IRAQVET approached me, I told him I just didnt feel like XGC wasn't as 18+ as I had come into back in 2010. So I thanked him for the good times we had and left on good terms.
