Xiled Gaming Xbox Live Gamer Zone: Underground

The Underground is where anything goes—and usually does.

"Abandon hope all ye who enter here." So it was inscribed on the gates of Hell in The Divine Comedy.
So, okay, the underground zone isn't Hell—it's a good time, if you know what you're getting into.
Of course, you must adhere to our code of conduct we call the Blood oath and the Xbox Live Code of Conduct in the SYNdicate, but your fellow underground gamers will probably be more willing to overlook colorful language—not like those pantywaists over in the family zone. We're kidding.

But hear us now and believe us later: If you bust out any racial slurs or threats or cheat in anyway … you will suffer the consequences immediately. You wanna act like that, go join a sheet-wearing club and stay the hell out of any Xiled Gaming community.

Who are Underground Gamers?

Underground gamers are the bad boys and girls. The surly kids who hang out behind the gym.

Underground gamers like to play games. They like to win, but are more into the adrenaline rush they get from the competition. It's the journey, not the destination.

Underground gamers watch movies that are rated R. Maybe even NC-17. They also like indie and foreign films.

Underground gamers dig jokes that involve traveling salesmen and farmer's daughters.

Underground gamers wouldn't read mass-market fiction unless you paid them. You might find them reading Tropic of Capricorn or On the Road.

Underground gamers read comics like Sin City and Watchmen. You won't find them reading Richie Rich.

Underground gamers listen to bands that no one's heard of. Once they sign with a major label, underground gamers call them sellouts and move on.

Underground gamers often like things until they become popular—then they think they suck.

Many underground gamers would benefit from therapy, but they usually choose to face their demons on Xbox Live.
