THE ZEALOT/TOMATO RETURNS

So I guess I'm not the typical new member of XGC. My former gamertags were KillerT0mat0 and XGC Zealot XL. At least I think it was still an XL for section leaders back then. I made it up to Section Leader back in the day and even created the clan XGC Salvation. After taking a look around I see a lot of familiar names and this pleases me. Salvation is even still around which is awesome. Maybe someone will remember the poor old Tomato/Zealot and hit him up with a friend request.

I played with XGC way back in the day. Like Halo 2 on the big black box. Just recently I've got a 360, Live, and all that good stuff so I'm ready to rip it up once again. I'm curious though as to how XGC has evolved with all these stellar games out on 360. Back when I played we were pretty much all about Halo 2. When Halo 3 came out and games like FEAR first started getting big with XGC, Halo 2 slowly declined in dedicated XGC members. So what games does XGC play primarily now? Where is the best and most solid community of gamers?

i remember you Zealot but im not in XG anymore. heh. whats up man. Oh and yea you were MIA before it changed to XS if i remember correctly

I think I remember you as well. How the hell are you? Does anyone know of any Halo 3 XGC clans that are running well? I'm looking to game it up and I have no problem starting at the bottom again. It was a good time the first time around. That was way back. I remember when HYLANDER was a Lieutenant under me as Captain. Damn, I miss that guy too. Where' did he get to?

Also, how are the clans organized in game now, especially on Halo 3? Unless I'm blind, I'm not seeing a clan list.

whats up Zealot. i dont know if you remember me or not i was a Private in your clan when you were a General lol. but im an XD now and i would be more than happy to get you all set up in a clan if you would like.... ill send you a FR on the box. and welcome back

Were you named Typhoon back then too? I have a terrible memory for names but I'd probably remember your voice. I've got you on my friends list now so if you know of anyone running a good group in Halo 3 hit me us with their name so I can start ripping it up again. How do clans work now? I don't see a clan feature like on Halo 2.

The Section Leader's make "Clan GamerTag's" which is a Silver Xbox Live account that everyone in each clan adds on to their friends list. Which is ran by the General. You can then view the friends of that "Clan GamerTag" and see who is in. Then we have members change their Xbox Live Motto's for example, [Clan Name] - Recruit. Then, obviously we utilize the website to the fullest.

Hylander left and made his own community a year ago.

BTW, there's a Typhoon round here still. XGC Typhoon XD ^_^ you can find him floating round the forums.

And I think Ty's always been Ty but I could be mistaken... but I doubt they'd let him change his name to typhoon if there already was one

either way, there's no way they'd let him have typhoon if it were already taken. s imo theres prolly only one typhoon =3​

nobody said anything about there being two Typhoon's though... and there are actually two other Typhoon's that I know about but they aren't XG tags... they're only privates.
