TRAINING GROUNDS BEFORE SOTW?

It has come to my attention that while members have been participating in SOTW, but not in the training grounds. Please vote on whether or not you think design team members should be required to post and give CnC in the training grounds area before submitting a image for SOTW.

(Also note that training grounds will now be updated on Tuesdays with SOTW)

Also, SOTW is for anyone in the community. By requiring them to first do the training grounds to even be eligible to enter SOTW you will exclude parts of the community and run the risk of losing a lot of support/entries.

The required training grounds is only for those that are already a member on the design team. Not everyone in the community.

i submit work for the training grounds and sotw when i have the spare time to work on something and i do it because i want to, if it were mandatory to participate in the training grounds before being eligible for sotw i probably wouldnt bother with either, but thats just me personally. on the other hand the training grounds are a good resource for improving your skills and getting constructive feedback but i think there could be a better way to increase team participation
