VaNiLIa B3aR comes from the show Scrubs. Its a sitcom about doctors. Take Grey's Anatomy and make it a comedy. There is a black doctor (Turk) and a white doctor (J.D.) and they are best friends and their nicknames for eachother are Chocolate Bear and Vanilla Bear.
