12. Why are you no longer apart of the community? I was removed for having the same accent as someone

13. Please include any additional comments here: I was previously in XGC Ground Zero and then the clan was shut down. I transfered to SYN as i like to play battlefield and then i was brought into a party a few days later and was removed by an XD as i have the same accent as someone and he apparently thinks i sounds similar to someone else. I come from australia and we all sound the same over hear. I was also stoken to in a aweful manner by SYN EMINENCE XD. It was the most the anyone has ever disrespected me.

After researching your story and speaking with some of your leaders, it seems as though you are not being accurate with the information given.

Let me clear some things up for you . . .

  • You were recently removed from the community after getting caught sneaking back in.
  • Your previous gamer tag is SYN Nicko XS as well as SYN Lust Angel
  • You were originally demoted as an XS then removed for excessive drama, discrimination, and consistently over stepping your boundaries of the current rank you held.
  • You snuck back into a different division, XGC, and then requested a transfer into SYN
  • It was then discovered (after stirring up some trouble between leaders) after some research that, Polk Turtle, is a name made up by SYN Nicko XS/SYN Lust Angel
  • When approached about this, you denied this stating that it was a friend of yours. However, when asked to get both accounts into the same party to proof your statement, you denied this.

You have 7 days to respond with an accurate story/application or you will be Denied as Incomplete.

I never denied to try and get Nicko in the same party at the same time. I said i would see what i could do. Nicko other gamer tag is Polk Tortoise. You may search his name via xbox live and see the gamer tag is their. Also we are only asociated via the company that we are both sponsored by.

Please take the time to read my initial response and compare it to your response above. You have just given us all the proof we need to tell you that you sir are lying.

If you wish to come back to our community, please re-submit your application with all TRUE details about your departure from our community, not leaving ANY details out.

This application is being Denied as Incomplete, this thread is being closed.
