I realize I'm not even a member of xg at this point in time, but I'm always looking to try to help, especially a group I hold in high regards.
My idea is to add a chatbox to the forum home page.
Maybe it's already been done, tried and failed or what have you, but I think having something with instant access to members would add to the family/friend like atmosphere that's strived for here. Also would be a good way for members to hook up for game nights or just to get together to game in general.
Anyways, it's only my two cents, but there it is.
