WHEN ARE WE STARTING?

Alright,

So far Halo 3 has been out for a week and still no news from XG talking about how Clans will be setup in Halo 3. We already know that in the next Dashboard Update (fall) will include a special clan tab. Thus taking away our worries about clan support in Halo 3 or any other game without it! (go MS):D. But yea my point is, why hasnt there been any news in XG about setting up new clans for Halo 3? or taking the existing ones form Halo 2 over to Halo 3. I understand some people dont have a 360 yet but it costs as much as the 1st Xbox (299$) now and they seriously need to upgrade, there will still be a bunch of people sticking to Halo 2 for a while so not much need to worry about that. As far as I see it, XG has enough members playing Halo 3 to start up the new clan section. Maybe there are other factors that have to do with this delay so please explain to me. Why there are still no clans in Halo 3.

I love how everyone in XG thinks that this is official. :p

Until Microsoft officially announces this, don't get your hopes up too high.

As for the clans, I don't know and I'm wondering that as well.

Here is one thing that Animosity did he took everyone that is gonna play halo 3 and put em in one clan and they all play halo 3 that is one way... another way is the good ole pen and paper!

ITZ SHAD0W!! I've been out of the XG thing for a while due to Halo 2 tech issues so alot of you may not remember me (Original general of SYN WRATH). But I'm lookin to hook up w/ SYN once again now that H3 is out, so hit me up when you guys figure out what yall are doin.

We figured it all out long ago. Get online, join your friends, play games and have fun doing it!

Our clans are already formed and new being formed all the time. All of the HALO 2 clans are HALO 3 clans. They are also GEARS clans, FEAR clans, soon to be COD4 clans and so on. We went to a universal clan system on our website a long time ago. Just nobody could leave the crutch of HALO 2 alone. Learn to use the forums and your friends list and you will be much better off. No clan hitting and No Drama. Gaming just got better.

Lol <_< I'm from waaay back. {XGC Hellfire} (yes, the original), very few people out there know what I'm even talking about. I must have been gone b4 we went to universal clan system on the web site, But this is the kind of info I need. Thx

Funny thing, that info wasn't just for you. Seems so many people in XG still have not gotten the proper information about how things are to be run. Hopefully that is going to change with more leaders getting online and meeting with their members this weekend.

Shadow, if you are trying to come back into the community, you need to get up with a Council member. Send me a FR - XGC HYLAND3R XL and I can speak to you about your situation and go from there.

i cant play my h2 campaign...but if they do come out with clans on the dashboard that would b cool but it wont b for separate games...anyway...i wanna get mass effect...dont worry abt clans...i wish my oblivion disc worked...

We dont need clans to survive... Just remember everyone is still a part of XG so rep your names well!!! XG isnt dead cause there are no clans on H3, the site is the HQ for all of XG remember that you can join a clan just pick the clan your in a click join its pretty easy.

I think a temporary solution would be for us to either sit tight until the fall update comes and gives us clan support (if it ever does) and if not that then we will have to use Halo 2 and somehow write everyone down and such. For now though i think we should just wait and enjoy Halo 3.

more importantly i agree...h3 is 2 much fun to bother with clan stuff right now, id rather just play...at least for a little while...seriously theres ppl with like rank 40 already and im only 14

and for the 5000000000000000000000000000 time they have not enounced that it will even have it in there
