fix moderate or strict nat type: go into router settings, and check dmz setting. if you dmz and reset your nat type will open. ive not tried it for the 1 but know it works for other systems.

It's a SBG6782-AC

BIGWHIT if you haven't figured out how to port forward quite yet here is your router specific guide:
http://portforward.com/english/routers/port_forwarding/Motorola/SBG6782-AC/Xbox_Live_-_Xbox_One.htm

Now please keep in mind that the most important thing to do is find your IP address by opening network settings on the xbox one.

Once you have that go back to your router page and ensure when you port forward that you enter your ip address you just found (Your xbox one ip) into both locations "Local IP Address" and "External IP Address".

If you don't put your ip address that you currently have on your xbox it won't route the traffic appropriately and open the ports.

In order to test your open ports already you can go to:
http://www.canyouseeme.org/

It will auto populate your external ip address (It will be different from your internal ip address you just saw) and then you can type in the port and have it check for you. If the site returns with an open port than the traffic is fine and forwarding correctly. If you would like to see your external ip to verify what you are seeing is correct on the previous tool you can go to:

https://www.whatismyip.com/

I hope this helps.
