Radio-Hello Popcaps, Please tell us a little about yourself?
Pop-I'm awesome. I live in Iowa, yay for bordem.
Radio- How long have you been in XG?
Pop- It has been a year this month.
Radio- Do you remember who recruited you?
Pop- a guy by the name of SYN Iceman XS.
Radio- What clan?
Pop- I was recruited into SYN Outlawz
Radio- Now tell us a little bit about your journey in XG
Pop- I was promoted up to Lt. in a few weeks, and then about a month or so later, was promoted to Captain. May of 2012, I was promoted to General of SYN Avengers, taking two squads with me.
Radio- How long have you been a Section Leader?
Pop- Since September of 2012.
Radio- As a XS, what are some of the major responsibilities you have?
pop- Well basically, keeping my clans from falling off, so to speak. And making sure my Generals are on the right path. I strive to teach them just as much as they teach me.
Radio- What do you think the hardest part of being a XS is?
Pop- You can't always be the nice guy, and sometimes you just have to get down to business. It could be a friend, or somebody random, but You have to do what is best for the Community.
Radio- what's your fondest memory of XG?
pop- hmm...Probably when I got to split Outlaws into Avengers and become the General, Because Avengers is like my baby. I built it up and I'm pretty proud of it.
Radio- What do you think the best way to describe Xiled Gamimg?
Pop- We're more than just a community, We're a big family, a group of like-minded gamers that likes to go out and game and Have fun!
Radio- What makes SYN different from XGC or KoG?
Pop- Probably the Undergroundness of the Division. People are a little bit more free with the words, and not so...uptight... as the other divisions. People are more free in their responses and don't have to be worried about what they say. In recent days, Syn is growing closer and closer, and all the XSs and leaders alike are working together.
Radio- What do you see in the future of SYN?
Pop- I see very great things from everybody. I absolutely think we're heading in the right direction. I don't mean to toot my own horn, but we've got great leadership. We have a tight-knit group. I believe Syndicate is going to be the next "big thing".
Radio- Have you faced any challanges being a Female Xs?
Pop- Yeah, You get those guys. You go out recruiting, and send those messages out trying to find people who fit in, and I'll get messages back that are rather Vulgar. I just ignore and move on. They're not worth my time.
Radio- Have you had any issues within the clan?
Pop- Oh yes, very much so. I've had members go over my head to try to do things. I've had people stalk me, randomly joining games, messaging me constantly. I don't take any S--t from anybody. If you cross me, if you offend me in any way, I'm going to shut you off. Just treat me like one of the guys and we're good.
Radio- for those seeking advice on how to be a good leader, what can you give them?
Pop- To be able to listen to everything. Make your decisions after hearing the facts. Always have someone with you, and If you can't answer a question, then always ask someone. Be open to help solve problems, even if you can't. Be respectful to everyone, and just try to help as much as you can.
Radio- what is the story behind your gamertag?
Pop- That is actually my High school's name. I went to a private school, and if you take all the first letters, it spells out Popcaps.
Radio-oh wow, that's a long name! What type of gamer are you?
Pop- I really haven't give this much thought. I play just about anything. I really recently gotten into Borderlands 2. I'll play CoD, Minecraft, just about anything. My favorite series has to be Call of Duty. I've been playing it for quite some time. I have pretty much everyone that has come out. I actually started out on Halo 3, that was my first Xbox360 game, but call of duty is more my speed.
Radio-Thanks for taking the time to do this interview with me, but before we go, do you have any last advice or anything you want to throw out there before we close?
pop- Go packers! They're the best team ever! Naw, if you ever see me online, either xbox or site, hit me up. I'm always down to play, and I really like meeting new people. I'd like to get to know more of the 70,000 members we have.
