XBOX 360'S QUALITY??

Hey 360 ownerz????? I had my X-box for only a week and a half and it broke... Something with the graphics messed up so it was like unplayable... I have talked to other friends of mine and they know people who have had the same problem... Sometimes on multiple occasions... I was just curious what everyones imput was on the situation... Has anyone else had similiar problemz? Also how long has everyone owned there 360's without it malfuctioning and or needing maintenance?? Any information will be really helpful as I may be buying a Ps3 instead...

PS3's are even more garbage than the 360. I've had 2 friends that PS3's broke the very first hour they played. I had my 360 for 2 months before i had to send it back. 360's are reliable, if you have an earlier models, no so much, but the new ones out are just fine
