Is it for the 360 or the One? Because I know that it is possible to make your friends list invisible to others, one of my friends from XGC his profile is set up like that. It helps keep unwanted people from seeing their friends list

Check your Account Privacy Setting on the Dashboard.

It was for the one. Earlier tonight no one was able to access their friends list, check messages, invite people to parties, etc. but it is fixed... For now...
