Stephen Toulouse, the director for policy and enforcement for the Xbox 360's Xbox Live online service, announced via Twitter on December 2 that Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 players who abuse the "javelin missile exploit" will be banned from the entire Xbox Live service.

Its gotten ridiculous. Whole teams are running around doing it now. Its not that its giving them any kind of distinct advantage, mostly because theyre all SO bad that even with it, they can't win, but its sure enough to ruin the experience for me.

Its really, REALLY sad when the entire opposing team is doing this Jav-glitch BS, yet when you call in a chopper gunner/etc, non of them try to shoot them down.

I agree. Although I do not have Modern Warfare 2, I hate it when people exploit bugs like these to give themselves an advantage.
