Can't really see the background image that we had to use. Also, the overlay of the effects on the sides bled into the focal all over the hands and chest. Just doesn't seem to work well together.

The color is no good. And i have to agree with Venereal. Your effects are all over your render and it seems sloppy. You have her face clear, and that's good, but the rest of her just looks awkward.
Also, rule of thirds.
I don't like your background at all. It's far too symmetrical and it's not really appealing to the eye. Sometimes symmetry is good, but not in this case. Especially if you're using your Rule of Thirds, which you should be.
This sig also feels over-saturated. and the text is hard to make out.
Over all, i just don't like this design from you. I've seen you do much better.
