i thought all the xd's handled alot of things......................................................................... shouldn't member of the month deal with people below xd? like generals, captains, etc. would help raise morale instead of giving it to someone who should probably already be doing that job that you so happily pointed out...

well edward think about it this way...
without them we wouldnt be able to function under the clan structure and would go nowhere and good leader is a good way to raise morale of the clan!
As i do think that generals should have the privilege of motm as well, the xs and xd's are good at what they do and manage a lot of ppl they deserve it more than anyone in my opinion for keeping everything running smoothly clan wise... IF you ever have tried to run something yourself that was anywhere near successful you would know that if the council or leaders whatever had to deal with everything then they would be so stressed out and everything would move much slower...
So in conclusion with this watch the way you word things bcuz that came out as he didnt deserve when we all know the hard work he has put in to this clan is well deserved...
