XGC WOLFMAN

Well originally, I wanted the gamertag "XGC Wolfman," but it was already in use as a silver account. So I chose "XGC Wolfenstein" after a series of video games with a very long history in the PC gaming world.
The very first Wolfenstein game called Castle Wolfenstein came out in 1981 on the Apple II and later migrated to DOS. It was the very first stealth-based video game, leading the way for several different series of stealth games like Metal Gear Solid and Splinter Cell.
The second game called Beyond Castle Wolfenstein came out three years after its predecessor and was also created for the Apple II. It was brought to DOS only a few months later. This game was also stealth-based but involved planting a bomb outside of a room where Adolf Hitler and his top generals were meeting.
The third game Wolfenstein 3D had much greater success than its predecessors. Released in 1992, Wolf3D became the first successful first-person shooter game for PC's. This time, however, the player started off in a prison cell within Castle Wolfenstein and had to shoot his way out, finding hidden Nazi treasure and secret rooms along the way.
The most recent Wolfenstein game Return to Castle Wolfenstein was released in 2001 and is also primarily a first-person shooter. In this game, you once again start off in a cell but quickly escape from the castle, only to be sent back by the OSA (Office of Secret Actions) to quell the latest Nazi bid at world domination.
There are rumors that Raven Software may be producing another Wolfenstein game, which may be unveiled at the next E3.
