hey im in the group called syn holy lights and i wanted to know what is a division leader

A Division Leader is essentially a leader who oversees specific Section Leaders and their clans. An XD is responsibile for maintaining all the Section Leaders in their respective division.

There is a more detailed description in the rank structure located at the top of the screen under the "Community" tab.
