You must unlearn what you have learned!
If you have come with us from our former lives you must remember that we left for a reason.
1. Quality not quantity, we as XGC do not care how many players we have we just want professional gamers.A. We don?t need to be out recruiting a specific number of players a day. Look for quality professional gamers to send invites too.
B. We are looking for the mature gamers. As a rule you must be 18 years of age or older to be part of XGC. In order for this rule to be overruled the player must be very professional and must have a majority vote form the Council of leaders.
C. New recruits must earn their membership in XGC not just anyone can join. This does not mean they need to be great gamers just professional ones. We accomplish this by a trial period of at least a week followed by a voting in by the squad. In addition if a player is voted in to XGC they still have to spend more time with us before being allowed to make a XGC Gamertag.
2. We are all part of XGC not segmented mini-clans with a universal web site. So all leaders of XGC are over all of XGC not just a certain section. So if any of our member need help they can feel free to go to any leader.
3. Decisions that affect all of XGC are made by a council of members not just one person. This is set up so that we make decisions that will benefit the majority of our members.
4. We do not have alliances with any other gaming league, but we also do not want enemies. We are out to be friends and play with everyone, but stick to our own ideals of what a gaming league should be. This means we do not want our members going to other web sites and posting unprofessional messages on their sites.
