I need help. On my computer I changed some setting so all the text and icons are fat. It is annoying. How do I change it back?

Get on freakin Halo. Everybody on my team sucks. I got a few losses. I went freakin negative cause apparently in slayer arena you are supposed to spam grenades and use needlers all the time so I lost. I am sick of it.And now it works.Someone ****ed with my Xbox 360, now my controller won't work, and the best I could ever do was make it white and black and no sound and my controller worked to send Wreckless a message. Then i unplugged it and plugged them back in the exact way and now my controller won't work.Someone needs to delete psychopath111's threads. He's making threads saying stuff that are only meant to comment on someone's profile. He took up the whole first page of all the threads below all the clans. He's saying stuff like "I have to go to a meeting now." and "Hope i get promoted." and "I'm going to a meeting again."
