I appreciate your effort. We were able to get another recruit who was having the same issues in. Their getting a little flustered.
much appreciated, we've had this issues the last couple recruits. I'm not sure what we're doing wrong, I've been there when they've walked them through it and everything is correct. The last two SiNiST3R just manually added them to the usergroup, but I'd like to find out what we're doing wrong. She's a busy Woman.

What causes a newly registered memeber to not be able to see the list of clans to join? When going to the "join a clan", he receives a "no public usergroup" message. This is the second time in a row it's occurred while signing uprecruits. Is it something we're doing wrong?
