  • yeah that hot to col weather can mess you up with the quickness, i deal with that when i work, cali is definately the sheeeit compared to a lot of states though, i couldnt imagine living in the north eastern part on the nation, everytime the news is on theres something crazt going on up there. you need get off black ops 2 and get on ghosts more girl haha. how was your weekend by the way?
y'all look good in the pink but as I guy a I don't know if i'd want to have my username pink lol
Well I do kinda live near people, but not many haha. Maybe 15 thousand or 20 thousand in a 40 mile radius.

And that chicken restaurant there...it's like Mamma's chicken or something dumb like that, it's not that good. It could be because I like more Southern type chicken (Popeye's, Bojangles [which I don't think is in the West], Church's Chicken, etc.). Not only that, but they overcharge like a mother at that place, which is just like every other tourist trap you can think of.

As as for the Iowa storms, I'm from SC. I only moved out here to California in December of 2012 (a very very long drive). I'm used to the rain and storms and it's completely different out here. Since I live in the Mojave desert, the only real time we get storms is in the summer. Other than that, nada.
Well I passed through Riverside not too long ago on the 60 Fwy East (Riverside Fwy) heading back from Knott's Berry Farm (pretty cool place). It looks like a lot of other places in California, but it looks most like the Tejon Pass area (the Grapevine) with the golden hills and tall mountains nearby.

I'm hoping it actually rains this time here. There was a time in December where we were had a 60 percent chance of rain turning to snow, and it was sunny the entire day. #NotEvenClose

This is what it looks like near me (on the road west to Bakersfield):

Well it's only hotter in the summer. It's actually a lot cooler here in the winter because of all the winds that blow down through the Tehachapi pass. I'm on the highway between Barstow and Bakersfield. I mean, this summer it was like 118 on June 30th, and that was hot as hell. But there are days during the winter where it's 35 or so but with a lot of wind (wind chill in the single digits or even below zero).

I think we got more rain here last year than a lot of places in Cali (even though we only had 1.81" of rain). Most of that was from this severe thunderstorm in August.
lol, yeah the night is pretty dead.. im just chillin in a party... lol that you just jumped into .. ok then
Hello to you too =] I am very good.. though i totally just woke up randomly at 3am? lol what is one to do now... its funny my son usually wakes up at 3 to eat then goes back to sleep.. this kid has me trained so well =] what are you up to?
HA, I'm apparently not on here enough according to that fake vBulletin user experience thing haha.

And yes, I agree with that guy right below me (XGC Plan 8). We definitely need the rain here in California. I mean, I know I live in the desert and all, but it has been dry as a mother this past year. I only used the windshield wipers 2 (and a half for 20 seconds) times all of last year and I drive a ton :p
Yeah we need the rain, and it's only supposed I get in the mid 60s where I'm in central Cali. California is my home state born and raised here my whole life, but I was in Alabama on the gulf coast for about a year and half working out there, now that weather blew my mind, I hated the humidity haha. And the bugs were bigger than me it sucked. We're at in Cali are you?
