"Wifi" is wireless internet produced by a wireless router. Are you connected to a close neighbor's internet instead of yours? Or do you have a wireless card in the computer, laptop? (Example, Verizon or Sprint?)

If the bill wasn't paid then the Internet Company would shut down the main cable line. Which is what connects to your modem. Therefore your Wireless Router wouldn't work either. So how are you connected to internet on the computer that works then?

Yes, the modem is the main supply source. Then it is connected to the Wireless Router which is then connected to your computers and xbox wirelessly or hard wired. Have you tried unplugging the powersupply for the modem for 30 seconds then plugging it back in? Same with your router. This will reset them.
