No i mean when I go to request usernae on the bottom left on the forums, I can't it back to mong82191 because that was what it was before. i need my login name changed if thats possible

Stealth, I believe what XGC Limelight is saying since he previously had "mong82191" as his Username it won't let him change it to that in the HelpDesk which is accurate, once that name was registered on the foums that Username can't ever be requested again. It simply needs change manually by Admin.
