Well I think then you might have power steering. If you can turn the wheel easily then it you have power steering. I have noticed it because I drive my car and my parents car and theirs has power steering.

Mine is a 94 it is also a manual transmission. I love it! When I am on snow it turns so easily. My friends say I am werid but they don't know what it is like not having power steering.

Well yeah but it is fun driving on the snow especially in my car. I don't have power steering. Not fun.
