here's your First Amendment about "Freedom of Speech", while it is allowed, it can easily be taken away from you. An example from my GOV. book, which does not apply to what you stated in your post but does show that that right can be taken away:
"Wendell Holmes said that all people have the right to speak freely, however, if a person's words create a 'clear and present danger,' then Congress has the right to outlaw them. For example, if someone yells 'FIRE!' in a crowded theater (when there really is no fire) it would probably cause a panic. People could be hurt or killed. The First Amendment does not protect such words in those circumstances."
So in truth, there is and isn't the right to freedom of speech.
