in my home land of BC (canada) when ur 16 you get a learners license and have to pass a writen test.. then after like a year or two later you take a driving test and get a Novice license which lest you drive all the time just with NO alcohol in your system, then like 2 years later you can do another driving test for your full license.. o.0 in alberta where i live now, when your 14 you get a graduated license for 6 months after doing a writen test, then you do a driving test for your full license.. ;Pbtw, this might be helpful, on About Me, you still have yourself has a Sergeant -
