Yes it can be alot of work depending on how many you have in your squad. Luckily that's where your Lt. and Sgts. come in. Having good leadership in place helps out alot when running a squad.
Been doing well. The squad has kept me crazy busy the past couple weeks but its been fun. Congrats on becoming a Captain!
