you still cant remove them for any of those reasons, just because they dont make the meeting or play with the clan doesnt mean you can remove them, message them asking if they are still interested in being part of XGC and if they dont reply within a month we can remove them from honor code, but you cant remove them from XG as a whole for the fact that they didnt leave or break the honor code
