ok I want to start a new system with the chain of command i know people game at all times of the night and know that your leaders work/go to school and can only game at certain times. the rank structure does not change and your still following the chain of command but this gives the Sergeants more responsibility also it alleviates some of the responsibility that the higher up leaders have when it comes to minor problems or questions. so the Sgts are now being broken down into teams and 2-3 PVTs are being assigned a Sgt to report to. if you have a problem or question i want you to go to your sergeant first if hes/shes not on go to another Sgt that is on. if no Sgt is on go to your Lt. if he is not on then come to me i have an open door policy but your Sgts and Lt have been around a while so they might be able to answer some questions you have or be able to deal with a problem. obviously if its something big you or your Sgt should come right to me
