:-( Here lately all of the new recruits we get are jumped on by other clans within a matter of a day or less. We get them signed up on the website and add them and then other clans post on their profile asking them if they want them to join their clan. I'm like "eek!" I'm not usually competitive with recruits at all though, but after a clan split we're in the position that wee need to build back up.
