Yeah Thats the position I was in.. lol. I has originally applied for the design team before it was a division.. during my app they decided to make it XDC which in turn made me change my mind about design. a couple months later i made the division transfer lol.. some people made it an easy choice. but we had to bring freelancers back because there werent enough people who were willing to leave their clan to do design
We needed freelancers because we were struggling with keeping up with requests after a lot of full time design members left. It used to be only a team type of thing it wasnt originally a division but because of the amount of members at the time, thats why they decided on it being a division.
