SYN Steel: As a final question, what would you state to those members who are seeking to move up within the rank structure? What sort of qualities did it take for you be promoted within the rank structure?

XGC TOMMYGUN XC: All I can say is keep up the communication, learn how to talk to people and learn how to LISTEN. Care more about your members, your clan and your community then you care about a promotion. Learn to be selfless rather than selfish and learn to serve rather than take. All a leader is, is a servant and should not be about power. We should be listening to our members problems, concerns and ideas, then doing everything we can to help them understand, solve, execute the situation (whatever the case may be).

Well, some of the designers are on a schedule & dont have as many chances as others to make a ton of sigs lol
If you could do that though, id appreciate it. & if it turns out you cant do the sig, just post that youre unable to.. id rather that happen then everyone wind up wasting time on 1 sig when others can be worked on.

yes.. if youre going to do the sig.. itd be nice to let people know that its already being taken care of, rather than 2 designers doing it at the same time and then have that time & sig wasted. To be honest im surprised you didnt know, ive been having all designers do this & it was done before i was even on the team.

Any others that I have seen have already been merged with the completed requests thread.

Can you make sure to post when youre going to do a sig request? Ive noticed a few times when you hadnt & i dont want multiple designers filling the same request.

& also, did those directions help you earlier?

at the top theres "completed projects" "Resources" "Design tools"
the only thing that needs to be there is completed projects. so just remove the resources & design tools and anything thats in them. we dont need them cuz of the new resource area ^.^

Did you ever get around to deleting those 2 area i asked about?
