To be honest, i think that because we have so many members, its hard for me to keep up on them all so I think we need to promote members to keep them interested then what we need to do is break up Green Squad to give a new squad to my Lt. That way, we can give members more one on one attention.

yeah We have some members that are ready for a promotion but the problem is that we have this rule where you have to have a certain number of recruits before they can be promoted.

hahaha yeah. Our Meltdown has 1 squad that will be splitting probably next week if we get our members up. Its me as the Capt. then we have 1 Lt. who is doing a fantastic job. he is looking for someone to be his right hand man for when he gets promoted. So yup.

That is so cool. i have to get my squad up to speed and help Meltdown get up so I can get my General. I enjoy working with my General Glock. He is a solid guy and its going to be hard to leave him unless he gets XS and i get his General. I dunno. Anyway what happens will happen.
