OK click Start menu>computer>(C: )>Program Files>GIMP2.0>share>gimp>2.0> and you should have a brush file on the very top!!! Copy and paste that brush file in there
You have to put it back in your GIMP file!!! Give me a sec and I will let you know the file path!!!

Ok when you typed it in the search bar of the start menu it probably took you to a file in your GIMP program that you saved your brushes to and when you deleted them you deleted all your brushes!!!
