MY HISTORY IN XG

Well I joined XG may 31st 2011 it's hard to believe it was 8 months ago lol time flys but anyway I was recruited by SYN Serenity into SYN outlaws first thing I noticed about the clan was the website and how legit it looked I was blown away. I'm not gonna lie I was hella inactive on the website at first outlaws was a dying clan and unfortunatly I was no help I still had no idea of what it meant to be a part of a community. I was however active on the box I spent most of my time with serenity and XGC Thanatos on black ops. Every time I played Thanatos I'd get excited if I even got a kill haha that guy has mad skills. Ok back on track I was told I had been promoted to private and I thought that was the coolest thing because I had no idea what I did to get it or rank structure so I thought I was a cool cat for awhile lol XD. Later on I was in a party and I heard there was going to be some kinda of clan merge because outlaws had went under Sernity said she was going to SYN grim reapers I had little clue what was going on but I knew I wanted to be in her clan because she was the one that brought me into the community and always helped me whenever I needed something. I got my transfer with her to grim reapers and that's when I actually started getting involved seriously on the xbox and the forums. I made it a point to post everyday and attend all the meetings I possibly could. Posting was like crack for me ^_^ I had nothing to do and I don't like Facebook I didnt and still don't sleep alot so it gave me something to do with all that free time. THIS IS WHEN I FELL IN LOVE WITH XG. GRIM reapers was becoming a monster clan we had tons of people and it was time for a split. I had know idea that we were splitting but here's how that went. I got a random party invite from SYN oCRASHo to a black ops lobby I got in there and there was a bunch of My clan mates in there and 1 other person who I had know idea who he was that was SYN highlite XS they started talking about how we had been selected to go over and help out SYN Lust7. We were told it was optional and it was our choice. I had spent most of my time in XG at that point in grim reapers and I was extremely hesistant to leaving it. I had lots of good times in reapers but I knew that if lust needed help than it was my responsibility to help then. I wanted to bring some of the fun reapers was having brought to lust. I got my transfer in after the party and was a OFFICIAL MEMBER OF SYN LUST 7. I was kind of happy that I visited there forums when I was in reapers so I had somewhat of an idea of what to expect.
About a week after joining lust I was told if I brought in 3 recruits I would be promoted to sergeant I recruited like crazy that night and got promoted to SGT I was super stoqued about it and couldn't wait to keep helping the community. Lust had some tough times later on I'm not sure what all happened but one of our most dedicated captains and one of my role models in the community went to aftershock and took a handful of people with him I almost went over but still lust wasnt looking to hot so I didn't have the heart to bail on them. To make matters worse our general went to shatter and took some people with him. We then had 1captain and no general. SYN TRAVISTY after being trained became the general of Lust7 and me and dorky Sarah became captains. I was happy about this because I could finally read people in. TRAVISTY helped everyone and was a great general but he had real life stuff going on so he couldn't get on his xbox at all. We needed a general and after awhile we finally had one. SYN Dorky Sarah.
Lust has been growing everyday and we are always welcoming new members into the community.
WHAT DOES XG MEAN TO ME
XG isn't just a community it's a home it's a place to meet and make new friends and game with people who have some respect and don't scream into their mic like 5 year olds. It's honor code and organization is what keeps everyone together. I know that XG has made me a better gamer.

SYN Highlite XS for fooling around on the forums with me and taking care of all the drama while still making sure Lust didn't fail
SYN Corpse being there for me when I had no idea what to do she put up with me and calmed me down super thanks to you probaly the main reason I didn't drop XG means alot

Yea I needed to do iPhoto tutorials for a class I dropped cause I knew more than the teacher and he was a douche to me but I couldn't email it so I saved it on here

So thats way too much reading for me... But my story is I came from IGC (which sucks) there was a whole bunch of drama going one (still is as far as i know) and I didn't wanna be a part of it anymore. Was a general over there up to be a section leader. Stepped down for personal reasons, then started to work my way back up again. Left before I got there. Came here. Partly because this is the only other community I knew about, and partly because it was the most like IGC, therefore I knew the rank structure and CoH off the bat, and partly because IGC hates XGC lol. Having a great time here and glad to be gaming with all of you. Feel free to add me.
