Enough talk of the M16... that is the best gun all around, which is why I hate it. Anyone can use it. It has the best accuracy. The most powerful. So here's my advice to you about the M16... when you're thinking about using it, DON'T! Just... please... for the sake of my sanity, stop using that blasted thing. It's the easiest gun to kill with. EASIEST. Question me? I've gone over 100 kills in Headquarters, not in Shipment, with only like 20-30 deaths. I have not been able to do the same with another gun yet, but I'm getting close with a sniper.

If you want to use a silencer, good choice by bringing up the SMGs. P90 does shoot more rapidly, and if you are going for up close, that's what you should use. If you're going to use some range, then the MP5.

To the rest of the guns that were mentioned, the G36 is great with a silencer, as is the AK-47. I love when I have a sniper and I suddenly find a silenced AK-47 on the ground. That makes me more giddy then I am at Christmas. Another one of my favorites is the AK-74. And that's an SMG, so I think it'd be probably the best one to use out of all of them.

I'll still complain about it, because, in my mind, no matter how good you do while using an M16... you're still just not good at the game until you use the other guns. Get like positive 20 with a Skorpion or Mini-Uzi, then I'll say you're good, but M16... I just feel bad for you if that's the only way you can get a kill. Not speaking to anyone here, I'm just saying.

well the mini uzi and skorpion have their own places in the game, like hardcore...both of them are vicious in hardcore

but with the mini uzi and skorpion all you have to do is equip a silencer, extreme conditioning, and uav jammer and you are golden

Alright lets compare the two. The MP5 has a little more power than the P90, but the P90 has a higjer rate of fire. If you add double tap to the MP5 with steady aim it becomes the most powerful smg in the game this is my secret. lol

skorpion = <3 silenced in any game type end of story use slight of hand and extreme conditioning and i am pretty good at COD4 so this aint no nub class you have to be good to use effectively

I agree the M16 is a weapon for the newbs, why do you think it is so powerful. As a Tenth Prestige most would say i have no life, but one thing i know i have is exp. and i know that the main reason the M16 is used so much is because when you're a newb ( and we all were once) one the first weapons you can pick is the M16. When I first played this game it was the first gun i used, the more i used it the more i was like "wow this gun is a one shot kill weapon" this stuck with me for a while the I realized how cheap it was when a Lvl 10 would kill me and I had gotten the first shot. Now, I completely hate this weapon. I would rather have any other gun in the game over the M16 no matter what it is. The only time now I ever use THE NEWB GUN is when a NEWB GUNNER kills me with it. Trust me i do not take joy in this, because there is no challange in it what so ever. The only way people in this game will EVER get BETTER is if they stop using this gun. Alot of the times youll here a guy complain about how he or she is doing so bad with a weapon of skill (any weapon not the M16) this is because he/she does not know how to use anything else. I belive Infinity ward is to blame for putting a weapon this unbalanced in the game. If any body reading this would like me to tell them so good weapon setups for completely destroying a NEWB GUNNER please send me a friend request because i've spent alot of time figuring good "anti" classes out. P.S. Juggernaut and Stopping power are one in the same.

If you really are good enough with the M-14's Iron sights, try it out with the silencer, Also, put on UAV Jammer, steady aim, and 3x special grenades(stun). It's unbelievable how well this class works if you can get used to it.

Try the M-14 red dot with UAV jammer and extreme conditioning too.

Stopping power=1.5 times damage
Juggernaut=1.5 times health What gets me is Jug AND last stand.
Double tap=double the damage if accurate
