6.11 KD? I gotta call BS on that one. Maybe if you're like... a level 10 with 4 hours or less on the game and you've camped hard enough. 2.20 lvl 50 prestiged once. Not prestiging again. TDM only. Usually use the FAL twin mags Ghost Pro, SoH, Hacker, Motion Sensor, Semtex, Concussion OR Spectre silenced, Scav, SoH, Ninja/Hacker Decoy, Semtex, Equipment doesn't really matter for this class.

Level 37 3rd Prestige
Headquarters is where it's at if you wanna level up quick
K/d: Was around 7.0 in TDM but after a horrible few games last night it dropped to like 2.3 x.x

Anyone else seen someone higher than 5th prestige yet?

a high k'd is all about camping vs nubs and no skill, there is no skill is video games, it's just people with high kds that don't play good people, they play nubs in pub matchs. rank people on their gb skill, then your ranking people on how good they are vs good people.
i could make a new account and have a 8.00k/d but that means nothing,
i also agree that the win% means more.

GB skill doesn't necessarily indicate a good player, either. GameBattles is populated with just as many bad players as pubs (though the concentration of good players is higher), and you can consistently raise your GB rank by playing bad teams and then disbanding your team, starting a new one, and playing those same teams again. Now, I'm not saying that this is a common practice or that all GB players are substandard players. That's not the case at all, and to be honest, I've never played CoD on GB.

But, back when I was playing Rainbow Six Vegas, my team was only in the Top 500 or so. We played a team that was "Top 50," with all of their players sporting high ranks, and we, for lack of a more sophisticated phrase, ran over them.

All I'm saying is, all stats can be distorted . . . even GB rank. Every number they give you can be looked at in a negative light. Saying that all a K/D is is camping against noobs isn't untrue, but it doesn't tell the entire story either. The same can be said for a bad K/D. One of my clan's lieutenants has a K/D of like .42 . . . it's abysmal. However, he always leads our team in Objective Caps and Defends. He's not a bad player . . . he's just always throwing away his lives by jumping on flags, and as long as that's the case, he's got a spot on my team.

All that said, only one stat can't really be disputed . . . wins. Whether you're a good player or a bad player, a good teammate or a bad one, and independent of any other factor, wins are wins. The "you were only playing against bad players" excuse can only go so far, and the reason for that is every good team gets upset or goes through slumps (See 2010-11 Lakers, so sad). Every loss has a greater impact on the ratio than any single death does on that ratio. Ultimately, whether you play a good team or a bad team is less relevant than whether you are a good team or a bad team.

Well, that wasn't really a rant, but it was certainly a long-winded discussion. The above is all personal opinion, but if you wanted to, every stat can be shot down and looked at as negative.

Agree'd. But in my opinion, K/d ratios are only a factor when you have put a lot of time into a game. Personally, When I have about about 50,000 kills, and 20,000 deaths, more or less my k/d doesnt change but .01 every game if I dominate, however it seems like when I have a bad game it drops durastically more. So I guess what I'm saying is, High K/d's may not matter if you are just starting the game, But since I'm almost 4th prestige with thousands of kills in the ratio, I think it matters a bit more that my k/d stays above average. Also for a side note, I don't have the attention span to camp, even in S&D I'm always on the move even if I'm outnumbered, So I believe the "high k/d's are based on camping and facing bad players" doesnt apply to me, because I play alone and 9/10 the bad players are on my team.
