i gotta stick on IW side here the reason y they never developed any map packs is actually because soon after cod4 was released they started work on modern warfare 2 which incidentally after waw is dropping call of duty from the title lol modern warfare 2 was actually supposed to be the next cod after cod4 which is where cod5 came into play but activision ended up giving treyarch the next slot for cod which is y this game i believe will be much more heavily monitored its been in development since abotu 4 months after cod4 came out while waw was only in development for around 8 months total

I hate those damn glitches...especially the one in CoD4 on the Crossfire map where you have to do the RPG jump, and then they snipe you in like a split second...I really hope IW catches them fast

CoD Modern Warfare was the last to be numbered. CoD WaW isn't numbered. The numbering is just a short way of stating which one your referring to in my eyes.

im hoping that by now you guys have seen the trailers on youtube for modern warfare 2...

there is going to be a massive upgrade to your kill streaks, one of which is shown on the trailer

silenced snipers is fine, if your into a camp style of game play. i dont recall the last time i played a non hardcore match and got sniped by someone...if you kill 2 people from the same spot...MOVE

i agree on the map packs...but since they slacked on cod4, they better have some insane maps on MW2 to make up for the effort.

PS....dont by the limited edition version, unless you want some night vision goggles

Silenced Snipers would be like tanks on WaW, it would just ruin the game and take the fun out of it! Imagine a guy going 20-1 because he was sniping and you couldn't find him! Plus, this game is great because of its realistic features and personally i've never seen a silenced sniper rifle. They are loud, but unheard from long range!
