This sig is probably my first photoshop sig that is up to my standards. It might not be perfect but I like the look and feel of it. CnC much appreciated. I might not fix this particular sig but i will remember for future ones.

The widescreen border is a no-no, the tag is already wide enough ... doesn't need to look any wider.

Honestly I'm not impressed by this tag ... really there's not much I can say to explain that.

I would like this tag a lot more if it had more effects in it I'm sure. Try messing with the gradient maps, levels, and various other effects of Photoshop. And by effects I don't just mean the touch-ups; I mean the C4D's, and the various tools at your disposal to create awesome GFX! :)

I completly dissagree. This looks nice. A sig doesnt need a lot of effects to look good, not always.

I agree with AZ because I like simple tags. I think to many effects turn out very good and everything but it is just my preference to have them be somewhat simple. And I am still getting comftorable with photoshop so I dont want to venture just yet. ;)

But seriously, you guys cant lie, I have improved over the last few sigs.

I like simple tags as well, but I think this one could have been better. :/

You don't have to use C4D's, but at least use levels or gradient maps, please.

I'd have to say more effects would've been nice, maybe not c4ds, but the tag does look a little plain.

The thing about sigs, simplicity is nice, busy is distracting, you need to find a balance closer to simplicity but effects do enhance the focal if done properly.

i know what fractals, c4ds, and most of the tools and I use deviant all the time. I do have to say I never thought of a fractal or c4d as an effect before. It makes total sense though.

I honestly don't know what you're even talking about. It doesn't need any more effects. Anymore would make it loose it's perfect brightness that it seems to have. It's the subtle things that count. For example I love the little waft of smoke in the middle, which brings the image together.
And please don't find fault with an image just because it's too simple, that's the stupidest excuse for a pointless comment I've ever heard. At least back it up.

I think the point that cryptic is trying to make is that our work seems to be missing big open spaces and bright text it seems to me that if u really want someone to take your advice on adding effects maybe you should take a look at your own work first

A good quote for people to remember in this situation is to fix yourself before criticizing others. Dont say someone else needs something that you yourself do not do

Thanks i really like the way it turned out it was for the superhero sotw but apparently others didnt like it i only got 2 votes lol.......... btw thats def plenty of effects on that sig lol it looks good as is

txt is 4 nubs... and no offense to agony and the other newer guy, but you guys seem to have come here and expect your better then everyone else. Dont forget your work isnt perfect either. Im just sayin.

And for this tag... trust me, it doesnt need anything more. Its good, especially for filly. (no offense) And this is prolly some of your best work filly
