None taken. also for the text thing, I feel that if a piece means something or you are trying to get across an emotion it doesnt need text, but if it is describing something such as your GT or a band text is a good suggestion.

Idk, I like them here. They give good CnC, and almost always are able to point out something to improve on. They're also pretty good designers. You don't have to be better than someone to give them CnC.

And I like this sig, good work Filly. And I would have put just a tad bit more effects in, and if you want a good excuse to not have to put more effects in for filling purposes, use a stock

My work is far from perfect. CnC helped me out back in the day and continues to do so. I want CnC from you guys, so I was returning the favor, you don't want it, that's fine.

The widescreen border is a no-no, the tag is already wide enough ... doesn't need to look any wider.

Honestly I'm not impressed by this tag ... really there's not much I can say to explain that.

I would like this tag a lot more if it had more effects in it I'm sure. Try messing with the gradient maps, levels, and various other effects of Photoshop. And by effects I don't just mean the touch-ups; I mean the C4D's, and the various tools at your disposal to create awesome GFX!

But when you guys say "Im not impressed by this tag" and **** like that... it can hurt morale. All CnC is is saying what the designer can do to better themselves... nothing more.

CnC is based completely off of other peoples opinion all designing graphics is is one persons view of the subject something that changes from person to person if u want real CnC dont add in comments like i dont like this explain basic principles behind your assumptions and keep personal opinions aside

I think the point that cryptic is trying to make is that our work seems to be missing big open spaces and bright text it seems to me that if u really want someone to take your advice on adding effects maybe you should take a look at your own work first

A good quote for people to remember in this situation is to fix yourself before criticizing others. Dont say someone else needs something that you yourself do not do

The problem with what you've said here is that maybe you know what is good and how something should be, but you can't execute it as you'd like. I hear people say this to people, but really think about it ....

On the cnc part if you understand the rules behind art what i said would make sense if theres an issue with lighting or some other actual form of art then say something if your going to post to say i dont like this its not needed as i said before graphics are one persons interpretations of how they see a subject not on what exactly needs to be done to make it look professional and such
