Yeah it actually is. I don't know if you changed the size of it or something after you'd already started or finished, but the tag is not good quality. With that, it could use some depth .... but I think resizing it or whatever you did also took that out. To me, it looks like a flat image with some effects coming from him, where I think the tag you were going for was him there in the middle, and then the effects going off to the side.

Sorry to say, but this isn't one of those "it's my opinion things," your tag is low quality. That's actual factual. Sorry. :( It can happen to the best of us with just one bad move.
